Role Description

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for performing various HR tasks and providing administrative support to the HR department. The day-to-day tasks may include assisting with the recruitment process, managing employee records, coordinating training programs, handling benefits administration, and assisting with HRIS maintenance.


  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes
  • Ability to coordinate and assist with training programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
